Our law firm was founded by JUDr. Gabriel Havrilla and Mgr. Beáta Kartíková as a result of tough effort and long- continuing cooperation. After successful Bar Admission of the founders and their long-termed practice in prosperous international legal firms, Mr. Havrilla and Mrs. Kartíková made a decision to provide legal services together with other partners to already existing clients as well as to the potential ones all over the Slovak Republic. The main idea of the establishment was the need to create a law firm, which would offer comprehensive legal services not just for clients in Bratislava but also in other Slovak regions. Our lawyers are moreover very well experienced in the field of foreigner’s clients, mainly investors from Hungary, Great Britain and USA who decided to invest in the Slovak Republic.

The existence of our law firm reflects the membership of the Slovak Republic in the European Union and the increasing need of complex legal services.
